Don't give up! regardless of the weight loss, or gain, or staying the same, what really matters is how you feel! When you stop excercising your body will feel it. So better heavy and healthy than skinny and unfit!

Richard, I've been looking for a way to post to you. Dieting and exercise seems like common ground. Two years ago I "changed my eating habits" and began exercising. Lost 30 pounds and felt great!
Now 2 years later, I've gained back 20 and here I go again. My real reason for writing is because my father is Ken (Kee) Ha. I live in California and I am your cousin. Have really enjoyed reading about your family and farm. When I was last in Hawaii, I didn't know about you. Visited with cousin Sharon in Kealakekua for 2 days.
Am hoping to get back there within the next few years.
